Develop and execute a pre-sale and opening marketing strategy to engage residents and attract prospects from the surrounding community. The goal was to drive participation in fitness, social, cultural, and recreational activities, and to encourage membership at the newly constructed Byer Square. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic ended our partnership and reframed how SFJL could operate Byer Square for the next few years.
I provided a comprehensive pre-sale and opening marketing strategy, along with engaging content, to draw residents and prospects to this unique 30,000-square-foot Community Center. Despite the unforeseen challenges posed by COVID-19, which ultimately ended our collaboration, the initial strategy laid a strong foundation for community engagement and participation at Byer Square.
