Learning with IVA engaged me in a small business strategy initiative, seeking assistance to define and formalize their brand identity and clarify their focus as a startup education consultant.
During this period, I contributed to the development of a simple yet comprehensive brand strategy for IVA. This involved defining the company’s purpose, values, voice/personality, target audience, and guidelines for the brand. By establishing a clear brand foundation, the aim was to provide IVA with a strong framework for future growth and communication efforts. However, the project was put on hold in December before proceeding to the next phase, which would have involved crafting a detailed marketing plan, creating graphics, and developing content.
